She founded and directed VSFITS to provide a transparent platform to customer where whatever is said is delivered. At the same time a strong believer for providing Equal Opportunity for everyone. Visionary for empowering the freelancing engagement concept for delivering high quality of service in the field of IT Services & Consultancy. She holds an PG in Industrial/Organizational Psychology so works closely with the Administration and Human resource to provide the balance between business to customer
Santosh Pathak, sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution of Technology services & Transformation. He ensure Customer Centricity, provides Strategy & Leadership, Forecast Financial impact, focus on new Technology & skill sets acquisitions. Prior to joining VSFITS, Santosh gained 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Experienced IT Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the computer and network security industry. Skilled in Project management, Data Center Management, Windows Server and Networking. He earned his Master of Business Administration with an Information Technology minor, completed certifications in PRINCE2® Practitioner in Project Management as well.
